David Johnston, CFE

David previoulsy served as a Deputy Inspector General for Jacksonville’s Office of Inspector General (OIG), responsible for the Audit and Data Analytics Units within the OIG. Prior to the OIG, David was a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office in Florida’s 4th Judicial Circuit and he predominantly worked in the Special Prosecution Unit, handling complex financial crimes, insurance fraud, and public corruption. In addition to a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, David has a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University and Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Inspector General Auditor certifications. He is also an active member of the Florida Bar’s Fourth Circuit Grievance Committee, Jacksonville Bar Professionalism Committee, Fraud Prevention Association, and the Northeast Florida Consumer Council.

Nick Cantrell, CFE, CBSAP

Nick is the BSA Complaince Office for RadiFi Credit Union. He is anti-fraud and BSA/AML professional with 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and client/member relations. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a proven history of leading teams, optimizing processes, and protecting financial assets. Expertise in conducting comprehensive investigations, managing robust fraud and compliance programs, and building strong client relationships.

Shane Supple

Shane Supple holds an Accounting degree from the University of North Florida and has been an Audit professional for the past 7 years. Currently, he is a Staff Internal Auditor at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Shane is currently studying for the CFE exam and intends to earn his certification early in 2026.

Thamecia Bullard, CAMS, CFCS, CFE

Thamecia Bullard is a seasoned financial crimes professional with over 12 years of experience in fraud prevention, investigations, and BSA compliance. Thamecia currently works in the QC Fraud department at SoFi. In addition to her professional experience, Thamecia is an active volunteer and speaker on topics including anti-human trafficking, open-source intelligence, and elder fraud. She is passionate about mentorship, community outreach, and training opportunities.

Vincent is a Certified Fraud Examiner with over two decades of industry experience in Internal Auditing and Accounting. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University. In addition, he holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the John Sperling School of Business at the University of Phoenix. He has held positions as the Vice President of Programs at the Tallahassee chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (TCIIA) between 2012 and 2013. Also, he was the Community Outreach Chair at the Tallahassee Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) from 2009 to 2010.

Jeff Kolbfleisch, CFE

Jeff is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and currently works as a Forensic and Valuation Services Consultant with Dean Dorton, providing litigation support in areas of business valuation, forensic accounting, fraud detection, and cryptocurrency tracing. Having previously worked as a commercial litigation paralegal and more recently as an auditor for PwC, he holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and in Applied Forensic Science from Methodist University. In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic and Fraud Examination from West Virginia University and is currently completing a second Master’s in Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Investigations. Dedicated to ongoing professional development, he has recently been accepted into the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Accounting program at South College.
